Embottlement
Chalk scouted the cellar of the old building. He kept hearing a strange sound, as if something was rolling on the cold cobblestone floor. Advancing with a torch, the sorcerer spied a glass bottle on the floor, rolling around in circles. He bent down and picked it up.
Within stood Valance, priest of the Spider God.
‘Cheating at cards or dice this time?’ Chalk asked.
‘Would you just break the bottle and let me out!’ squeaked Valance.
Embottlement (Magic-user)
Level 4
Range: 5′ per level of caster.
Duration: A year and a day or until the bottle is broken.
When this spell is cast upon an individual that creature must make a save versus spells at -1 or become magically miniaturized inside a bottle that the casting wizard has on hand. While within this bottle the one so imprisoned does not need to breath air, eat or drink. This lasts for one year and a day per level of the caster or until the bottle is physically broken.
Cool.I particularly like the “year and a day” duration–very fairy tale-ish.
