“What is that?” Chalk asked Valance, spying the odd little bipedal creature that was looking around with beady little eyes. An imposing scimitar like blade seemed to sprout from between its eyes.
“Well, you see, I won this dice game down in the Lower Quarter…” the priest of the Spider God began.
“What is it?” the wizard asked again, watching the creature as it began poking through their rations.
“I am not sure, it is called a bladehead. You see, Vinga Draj was running out of coins and he thought his luck was going to turn, so he wagered his ‘pet’, so to speak. I was thinking of calling him Vingy after his former master,” Valance replied.
Chalk rolled his eyes as Koram appeared at the door.
“Whoa! What in the eleven hells is that?” the fighter asked.
“It is a long story for such a short creature,” Chalk replied. “Suffice it to say that sometimes Valance doesn’t know if he is actually winning or losing at his dice games,” Chalk answered.
The Scholar of Wexos then appeared with an armful of scrolls and various magical curiosities.
“Ah, a bladehead, I do hope that you have house-trained it,” the illusionist said.
Koram seemed to spot something on the floor.
“Apparently not,” the fighter said, pointing at a small greenish puddle on the floor.

In appearance the chakadok resemble their evil master, looking like a crested black macaque with four fiery red eyes instead of two. The only difference is size, Desednol being twice the size of an ordinary macaque.
