Navnen was about to face the two slobbering ogres when Knat the druidess cast her spell upon him. Small mushrooms sprouted all over his arms much to his surprise.
‘How do I look with these?’ the thief asked.

‘Not pretty, but this isn’t a beauty pageant, go get them!’ Knat urged as she pushed Navnen towards the looming humanoids. Koram readied his crossbow as Valance and Chalk prepared spells.

‘One of them will need to hit you to initiate the magic,’ Knat shouted.

Navnen turned around.

‘What?!’

The club struck his back and a cloud of spores surrounded the thief. The ogres both growled as the spores blurred their vision.

Tiny Obnoxious Mushrooms (Druid)

Level 2

Range: Self or Touch.

Duration: One round per level of caster.

This spell causes tiny mushrooms to grow all over the legs, torso and arms of the subject. Any time while these small fungal growths are present the subject takes damage there is a 3 in 4 chance that one or more of these fungi will burst causing 1d4 points of damage and blurring the vision of the attacker(s) in melee combat for 2 rounds (-1 to Hit and Damage during this time). The one with the mushroom growths is immune to this sporecery themselves.
